Roomit AI is a roommate-matching app that pairs people on the factors that actually predict living well together — schedule, cleanliness, noise, guests, and budget — instead of profile photos. Roomit is validating market readiness city by city, with compatibility, verification, and privacy considerations informing the product design.

The company's thesis is simple: the hard part of shared housing was never finding a room, it's finding a person you can live with. Roomit applies compatibility scoring to that problem.
